The lack of beautifully evolved wines on today's wine lists, along with the lack that many people (including many young sommeliers) feel of being able to taste great wines at their finest; those were the main reasons for starting Vincroyable.

 

Pieter Godts, sommelier at Boury*** (previously also at Nuance** and Centpourcent*)

and Wouter Deneyer, lawyer but above all a wine lover and collector through and through, met in 2020 and tasted countless vintage wines together.

 

With Vincroyable, we organize monthly wine dinners at beautiful locations where we let 12 people network and taste top wines together, accompanied by a 5-course dinner.

We have already been guests at the largest addresses that Belgium has to offer (Boury***, Slagmolen**, Chalet de la Fôret**, Sir Kwinten**, Bozar**, Comme Chez Soi*,...)

In addition to this concept, Vincroyable is also open to organizing corporate parties, thematic tastings, purchasing cellars, etc.
