The time has come; one of our major blind spots regarding gastronomic collaboration at Vincroyable is being filled in!

We settle down in Kruisem at none other than the Hof van Cleve institution and enjoy a magnificent 5-course dinner by Floris Van Der Veken.

In terms of wine, an incredible line-up, including Arnaud Ente, Mugneret-Gibourg, Egon Müller, and a stunner of a 1995 Bordeaux flight. However, the crown is stretched by another cult icon.

The Leroy Vosne-Romanée 1972! We have already tasted a bottle of this to be sure; and were moved to tears by this magnificent, almost artistic wine!
